Recipe: Sprouted Wheat Pumpkin Muffins


This was a super delicious recipe that I made for my family for breakfast (and part of lunch!) today! If you are avoiding traditional grains, eggs and sugar, this is the recipe for you! 



 *Our family chose to use sprouted wheat flour, coconut milk, walnut oil & coconut vinegar in this recipe. You could substitute regular flour, another milk, another oil & another vinegar. If you experiment with those substitutions, let us know how it turns out!
